Site Visit
Our team visits your site to assess conditions, take measurements, and identify any constraints or opportunities that will shape the design and construction approach.
A thorough site visit allows us to identify soil conditions, access constraints, neighbouring impacts, and council requirements specific to your location across Sydney.
Planning & Design
By becoming involved early in the design process, we help refine construction methodologies, identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and ensure projects are practical, efficient and ready for delivery.
Our in-house design team works with registered architects and engineers to to improve buildability, efficiency, and cost certainty before documentation is finalised.
Quote & Proposal
You receive a comprehensive, fixed-price proposal with a clear scope of works, timeline, and payment schedule — no hidden extras.
Our fixed-price contracts give you certainty from day one. The proposal includes a detailed breakdown of all works, a construction programme, and a milestone-based payment schedule.
Construction
Our licensed team begins work with regular progress updates, site meetings, and quality inspections at every stage of the build.
You'll have a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact throughout construction. We provide weekly progress reports and invite you to regular site meetings.
Final Handover
We complete a thorough walkthrough, address any final items, and hand over your completed project with full documentation and warranties.
Handover includes a comprehensive defects inspection, all compliance certificates, operation manuals, and warranty documentation. Our 12-month defects liability period begins from the date of practical completion.
